Black WOD as Rx’d – 27:30, HSPUs are my enemy
Black WOD 46:50. Just happy to finish this one. Have never come close to 70 HSPUs in a WOD until today.
Blue WOD w/red band for pull-ups – 25:35
Black wod (with kipping HSPUs): 32:34
That was killer on the wrists! And my neck feels like I slammed my head into the ground 70 times this morning …
My WOD was a mixture of them all – 30:25
Used red band for chest to bar pullups, used 85# for front squats, did partial range of motion HSPU (had 2 abmats under my head)
Black WOD : 35 Min (with mega kipping HSPU’s)
I agree with Lindsey – the worst part was the constant slamming of my head into the mat…I may be slightly concussed.
Worth It.
Navy WOD: 41:26
Who would have thought HSPU were so hard without somebody grabbing your ankles and pulling you up? I don’t know how to kip yet, so after many failed attempts I gave it up and subbed with 50 lb db shoulder press (that eventually morphed to a push press).
