I was a puppy dog and only did 3 rounds of Nate’s finisher. (K2E got me) The big dogs (Lance, Krista, Teresa, & Nate) did 5 rounds. 5 Ring Pushups, 10 Knees to Elbows, 15 Air Squats. Good job, Guys!
