Did strict pullups with a band, blue band for 1st 2 rounds of 10, then green band. Used red band for ring dips for all 9 rounds of 10. Took me 20 seconds to get that last dip! Arms were smoked!!
Midnight Blue WOD
After 25 MU’s, I couldn’t lift my body anymore. It was a rough day.
