I so need a spotter and someone screaming in my face.
I only made it to 115#, started with 95# and worked my way up.
Dang it.
For other workout I did squat cleans instead of snatch, not comfortable with my form at all on this lift.
Still took my 8:45……….. so really not soooo speedy. Ugh.

Lindsay might have had to give 2-3 lbs worth of help on like 3 of my reps, but I did touch my chest every time! One of these days I’ll figure out that dumb lift.

Black Wod as rx’d 9:32 I think? I really like this wod. Left hand tore pretty good halfway through, so I stopped to complain about it for a minute or so, then proceeded to finish. I’ll shoot for no tearing and sub 8 minute the next time we do this one.
Oh, and no bench press.
