5 Rounds for Time:
1 Deadlift (375/255) or about 90% of 1RM
2 Muscle Ups (3 Pull-Ups/3 Dips = 1 MU)
3 Power Cleans (185/120) or about 85% of 1RM
4 Handstand Push Ups (you can kip, your partner can help you as much you want, just need FROM)
-Break Up in to Teams of 2, lowest combined time is the WINNER
-You and your partner will both complete 5 rounds, but you will trade off each round. Â You will do round 1 while your partner rests, then you will rest while your partner does round 1, then you will do round 2 while your partner rests, and so on…..

Jaime – Did you do 255 dead lift and 120 cleans? That’s what I attempted, and it was alot of weight.
Plus, I had no clue on the handstand pushups, but Bob was merciful on giving me credit (uh-oh, don’t let that get out).
The Saturday team workouts are really fun. I hope others join; and I hope you do a repeat on last weekend’s before the weather gets too lousy.
Yep, 255 DL, 120 cleans, kipping HSPUs and of course, struggled thru the MUs!!
