Team WOD

-Break up in to teams of 3 or 4 (depending on number of people)

-Each team member will Row 500 Meters for Time

-Each team member will get 5 attemps to find a 3RM on Overhead Squat

***Overhead squat may be taken off of a rack from the shoulders or back, but must be jerked into the overhead squat position


-Each team member will subtract their Rowing Time (in seconds) from their 3RM Overhead Squat Weight

-All team members scores will be added together to find a Team Score


-Women and Masters Men Overhead Squat weight multiplied by 1.3

-Masters Women Overhead Squat weight multiplied by (1.3 x 1.3 = 1.69)

    500m Row – 1:42.4 (PR by almost 7 sec!)
    OHS – 105-115-125-135-135-140(2) (140=New OHS PR!)
    My total score was 73.1, but don’t remember our team score.

    Erica, very impressive work on OHS today – first time ever doing it and you made some great strides in a short time! Keep up the good work 🙂

    500m Row – 1:28.8 (felt like I got hit by a truck when I rolled off that thing)

    OHS – got up 205 x 3 (205 was my 1RM on OHS)
