    Lance and I had both done this workout this weekend, so we decided to do:
    AMRAP in 20 Minutes:
    5 Thrusters (95 lb)
    7 Hang Power Cleans (95 lb)
    10 Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (95 lb)

    Lance as Rx’d – 10 Rounds + 5 Thrusters
    Bobby as Rx’d- 13 Rounds + 5 Thrusters

    Great work buddy and thanks for taking it on with me, definitely needed you there!

    Bob, great to see you in class!! Give it a week and you will be crushing everything we do!

    wanted to make it to noon classes this week…. ahh motherhood. Just not gonna work with naps times. Dang it…. what about having a 9am class!!!!!

    3:15 both times. Ugh.
    It is disgusting out there.

    Since we already did today’s WOD over the weekend, Lindsay and I did…
    Death by Pullups: 15 rounds + 15 pullups
    Yikes – I still can’t get over how that stuff goes from being easy one min to TERRIBLE the next 🙂 Good job, Z – it’s amazing how fast you’ve gotten good at pullups!

    So, I was up at 4:30 to a car that wouldn’t start and an emergency Dr. appt for my son who has asthma by 10am …Kate, I hear ya!! Motherhood calls sometimes!! I definately want to do this one…kinda throwing around the idea of 1.5 pd…still debating. I hate burpees. I WILL be there in the morning…may have 2 WODs to do…yikes!

    12 + 2 thrusters
    Dang that was a great. The sumo deadlifts is what got me more so than anything. Can’t wait to get it on with fran and heavy fran thrusters are going to become my thing!!!! We will see.
