    Hi Crossfit 515… I am at home crossfitter that followed Crossfit Iowa, hope you don’t mind me following you now and hoping to make it out to classes sometimes. Have four kids from 1-8 years old so kind of tough to make but I love this stuff.

    Wasn’t going too bad until my back cramped up in the third round, but I did finish. I guess I’m willing to conceed that Brian & Bobby might be right and doing the 20 min AMRAP yesterday on my rest day might have had something to do with my performance this morning! I’m already planning my next date with Nancy thou, so maybe I didn’t learn my lesson 😉

    Great job this morning, everyone…awesome to see so many dedicated people on a holiday!!!
