    11:28 Black WOD Rxd! First time being able to put a Rxd next to that WOD. Nice work everyone in the AM classes! I think everyone was neck and neck through out the WOD. Makes it a lot of fun!

    Sorry, I’m just a little excited about this. As Brian mentioned I technically did my first 2 muscle ups ever yesterday, and I did all 21 this morning! Dips are still the hardest part for me 😉

    Sure glad I have company coming in town this weekend so I have an excuse to take a few days off. I have lots of muscles that need a rest. Welcome back Susan; it’s good to have you work out with us again for a few days before you leave for your big trip.

    It may have taken a while, but I finally finished. Never would have thought I could do 21 MU’s. A rest day will be fantastic after this one.

    Saw three people do their first muscle-up ever tonight. Huge accomplishments. Nice job everyone.
