First Offical CF515 Team WOD

Saturday at 8:00 am at the new location!

*Break into teams of 4

Teams must complete the following:

4,000 meter Row

100 Power Cleans (135/95)

100 Box Jumps (24/20)

100 Pull-Ups (Chest-to-Bar)

100 Sumo-Deadlift High-Pull (95/65)

100 Burpees

*Only 2 teammates working at a time (rowing counts as a team member)

*Must finish all of the movements in order, except for rowing, rowing can be done anytime

*Scaling will be done as needed

*THANK YOU SO SO SOOO MUCH TO EVERYONE THAT HAS HELPED WITH THE MOVE, WE DEFINITELY COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT ALL OF YOU!!!
