    Here’s a riddle for ya … my legs, after not being that sore from the crazy lunge wod, are pretty sore today. Apparently kipping HSPUs and pull ups are more work for my legs than lunges.

      Haha, stumped me…can’t wait to see how your abs feel after your 100 GHD situps today thou. Course its prob like squats that make your abs sore or something 🙂
