    Black WOD not Rx’d – 59:46
    *Did normal (head to ground) HSPUs after the 1st 3, the first workout I have not been able to put Rx’d next to in a long time, don’t like that. On the bright side, I did 20 unbroken strict pull-ups, definitely a PR.

    34:57…Feeling off today. Looking forward to the day off tomorrow and getting the gym done to get a little rejuvenated. Nice work everyone. Tried my first handstand pushup this morning and failed miserably. Tip of the hat to everyone else that makes those look easy!

    I’m giving myself 40 sec of the 1:30 that I had to wait for Bobby to do his 20 strick pullups…mostly just to say that I beat Lindsay today (good work – I’m looking forward to some heavy lifting soon hopefully, you’re getting too good at the bodyweight stuff 🙂 )
    I did do all of my sets of pullups today unbroken too!
