Tabata Squat

Max reps of Muscle-ups in 4 minutes

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Begin time for muscle-ups immediately after the last 10 second rest interval. Test score equals Tabata score multiplied by number of muscle-ups completed.

    Okay, I can tell this is going to get Ooober competitive real quick already (ya I just said ooober, deal with it) so I am going to set a few ground rules.

    1. New posts will be made between 7:30 – 8:30 pm central time
    2. Answers must be posted, not text to me
    3. Only one answer (guess) per day
    4. The question of the day can and will be about anything and everything
    5. I have complete control over ruling of points, as well as awarding them
    6. No searching the internet for the answer (honor system….this is gonna work well hahah)
    7. I will post the standings each day
    8. First person to 500 coolness points will win something really COOl
