As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 Minutes of:
30 Double Unders (15 DU’s) (60 Singles) (30 Singles)
10 Toes-to-Bar (Toes-thru Rings) (Hanging Knee Raises) (Leg Raises)
2 Power Snatches (Use approximately 70% of your 1RM)
*Each Round Add 2 Power Snatches (2 – 4 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12…)
