“Murph”
For Time:
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run
*Partition the middle 3 movements however you want
*Can wear a vest
*Can do as partner, or scale back to necessary amount of each movement

May “Cool” Board
***Make some goals for yourself for May
