“Steve’s Birthday WOD”
Every 4:00 for 5 Rounds (20:00 Total):
11 – 10 meter Shuttle Run
8 – Power Cleans (choose a weight you think you can do at least a couple rounds unbroken)
65 – Double Unders (25 DU’s) (65 Singles)
*Score = Slowest Round
*If you cannot complete any round in under 4:00, just go for a 20 minute AMRAP

November “Cool” Board

– Bud – 135# 5 Rep Overhead Squat
– Alex – 200# Snatch
– Marc – 90# 5 Rep Overhead Squat
