    Romwod✅ Conquered the on demand breathing thing. The positions make a lot of difference for me I guess.

    I can’t do the breathing… I feel like I’m going to pass out… guess that means I need to work on it 🤪

      Last time I felt like I was hyperventilating. I bailed on it quickly last time but was able to get through it this time. Hopefully that means progress
