Work up to a 1 Rep Max Pause Back Squat
*Does not have to be a long pause but must come to end range of motion and come to a dead stop, no bouncing out of the bottom
*If you are not comfortable dumping the weight please ask for a spot or practice before going heavy
*Please share the racks
