Every 2 Minutes Complete 2 Deadlifts for 6 Sets

Then…….

“Death by Hand Release Push Ups”
*Hand Release Push Ups (Feet on Plate, Thighs Cannot Touch Floor) (Normal Hand Release Push Ups)
– Complete 2 Reps in the 1st Minute
– Complete 4 Reps in the 2nd Minute
– Complete 6 Reps in the 3rd Minute
– Complete 8 Reps in the 4th Minute
– Continue adding 2 reps each minute until you cannot complete inside the minute
