For Time:
20 Bar Muscle-Ups (20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups) (Pull-Ups) (with Bands) (Ring Rows)
40 Pistols (Assisted) (Goblet Squats)
20 Clean & Jerks (Approximately 65% of 2RM)
*You can partition the reps between the first 2 movements however you want, but must complete all the reps before starting the clean & jerks
