Every Minute On the Minute Complete the Following Complex for 10 Minutes
– 1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch
*If not comfortable with snatches, just do 3 snatches each minute

As Many Rounds As Possible in 7 Minutes of:
15 Hand Release Push Ups, Feet on 45# Plate (Thighs cannot touch ground) (Feet on Ground) (from Knees)
45 Double Unders (15 DU’s) (90 Singles)
