    Tried to OHS my body weight today and only managed 3 reps. Someday I’ll be as cool as Annette 😀

    BUT I celebrated my one year CF anniversary by doing all unbroken DUs in a WOD! I’ll take it.

    Yesterday’s WOD:
    4 rounds- unbroken DUs, very broken TTB 😀
