    Jaime and I both started CrossFit almost exactly 5 years ago. Was thinking about where I was as an athlete 5 years ago as I was making up some goals for 2015. I believe the first time I ever maxed out on snatch I got 135#. Yesterday I hit 270# (double old me :)). CrossFit is still working 😉
