    Did a version of today’s
    10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
    DB Snatch left Arm (35#)
    2x Lunges holding DB
    Not sure on my time

    Yesterday I did yesterdays but with a 4:00 bike and the STO from the rack: 13:17

    Slowly trying to get back into working out… with one hand 😉
