    Worst day I’ve ever had at the gym. Couldn’t hit my snatch PR, did Monday’s WOD and hang cleans felt awful, then did “The Run” and totally messed up my time- still don’t know what happened, but it was embarrassing.

    First time I’ve ever cried after a WOD, just keeping it real. 🙁

    Don’t let one wod/practice/anything define you – you’re so much more than that. I do know that feel quite well, though.
