      Good eye, I missed that one and I like to think I’m pretty good at that!

      Today’s WOD as rx: 16:48 … Not a sprint for me, more than a little too heavy 😉 but I couldn’t help myself, wanted to try!

    We had team practice. Fun to watch Billy, Pat and Bobby do the workout together. Then Lindsay, Jaime and I did it.
    Tiger Workout
    1,1,2,2,3,3, and so on
    Power Snatch 155/ 105
    Muscle Up

    Girls: 9+18 Guys: 12+15.5

    Then I did today’s as rx’d 8:02

    Today’s WOD: 16:32 @ 105# c & j and 2/3 C2B, 1/3 pull ups. Also, forgot to rest between each round. Oops. :/
