    Back Squat: 240# ..I think I was stuck at 235 for over 2 years..finally PR 🙂

    Today’s wod: 12:15, did strict handstand pushups on dumbbells to an abmat basically parallel with my hands.

    Back Squat: 235#… it’s a nice feeling to open BTWB and realize that was a 10# PR and ya didn’t know it.

    Metcon: 16:18 (I might be off on the seconds) Still can’t do HSPU’s but I was pretty close on the MU today. Did CTB and dips instead of MU.

    165 backsquat, 170(f)

    20:59 regular pull-ups, 1 abmat except 13 hspu’s my shoulders were dunzo!

    160# back squat

    Metcon: 11:40. Used an Abmat and 10# plate for HSPU and did C2B instead of MUs. Ripped up my hand pretty good, haven’t done that in a while 🙁

    Back Squat: 240#

    Metcon: 10:55, Did the first 10 hspu strict with a 2″ deficit, then realized that wasn’t going to happen so just did strict hspu.
