    Grace rx 3:44

    34 seconds slower than my PR but went hard so that’s what I had today.

    After watching Bobby go I figured out what I did wrong though. Not putting the bar down ever gives you a way faster time, should have done that not sure what I was thinking.

    Snatch balance: 110#. Really wanted to make sure I was doing a true SB and not an OHS, this was the heaviest I could get.

    Grace: 5:03 Rx- not happy about my time but was the first I’ve done it Rx. Goal is 3min (or sub three eventually!) unbroken.

    Snatch Balance: 200#

    Then did part of the second workout for the Fall Brawl…
    1 minute amrap cleans, did 55#: 42 reps
