    Haha, it’s 140 x 5 times front squat. Max front squat is 165# so far. 😉

    Today’s WOD: 10:25 with reg rope climbs.

    Finally got a strict pull up today…then 2 more! Between those and being almost band-less on my dips, I can finally look (FAR) forward to a muscle up one day!

    Got the first 4 legless rope climbs, 3rd round wasn’t happening.

    Then a fun throwdown with Jaime, Brian, and Tony

    Today as rx’d: 11:00 (my last rope climb would have been a no rep though. 🙁 I grabbed with my legs before I touched the beam… no way was I going to be able to do another one though.
