    Bench: 135# for 2, then 145# for 1 …PR and BW and been a goal of mine for a while! 🙂

    Then did 4th workout from the MAT games…running with a medball = kinda weird :/

      Benching my BW is my goal (looong way from it, though). That’s amazing, Jaime! Also, how did you hold the medball? I agree, it was awkward. Your broad jumps looked awesome!

        Thanks, Abbie. I actually held the ball with both hands behind my head and on my back kinda…weird to explain, I’ll show you next time I see you.

    Bench: 145# for 2
    Then did Amanda, after the first round I switched to bar muscle ups. Didn’t want to wreck myself before the competition this weekend 🙂 no clue on time.

    Bench 125×2 PR! Was really pumped for this one, goal now is body weight.

    Amanda w/pull-ups and dips 12:47.

    Used the men’s bar for the squat snatches and bench, I gotta say I’m becoming a fan of it. MAT Games here we come!
