    FREE YOGA & LABOR DAY WEEKEND SCHEDULE:

    This Thursday 8/28, Yoga is FREE at 515 both 8:30am and 6:00pm.
    Huge thanks to the girls at lululemon athletica Des Moines Showroom! They have graciously offered to pay for all 515 members who come to Ryan’s yoga classes that day.
    Don’t miss the chance to come check it out!

    Gym Labor Day schedule:
    Friday: normal classes
    Saturday: normal 8:30am class
    Sunday: NO class
    Monday: Open gym- time TBA soon

      You did great, Mike! I’m just glad I got all 10 rope climbs this time :). You pushed yourself and kept at it. I’m feeling pretty lucky to have you AND Morgan on my HOA team (and lance who rows like a beast, Wes who kills muscle ups and Beth who is just ridic strong 🙂
