    Power Snatch: 3×80# then 2×85# but couldn’t get the third 🙁
    Metcon: 6:46 rx’d

    First time stringing 20 DU’s together in a workout. Need to practice this before HOA!

    Snatch: 105# then attempted 110# and got 2.

    Metcon: 4:56

    Snatch: 105# X 3 then 115# X 2. Couldn’t get third (2 attempts). Was trying to complete in 7:00 for some practice with time constraints.

    Metcon: 6:10 (Goal was under 6:00)

    Today 3 rep power snatch: 135#

    Then I rowed 2,500 meters: 10:25, wanted to keep it under a 2:05 paced… Ended at a 2:05.0 average.
