    Should make the “uncool” board today.

    First time ever I wasn’t able to finish a WOD. Made it to the 10th and final rope climb and couldn’t pull it out. Humbled and angry at myself. Will be attempting to make this one up sometime soon.

      Don’t beat yourself up to much sometimes when your pull goes it just goes. I have no doubt that you gave it everything you had for today. You are now 9 rope climbs stronger and will crush it next time no doubt:)

        Thanks, Meghan 🙂 Was just mad at myself for not pulling through but couldn’t even do a single rope climb 6 months ago so should keep it in perspective 🙂

        AMAZING job on the legless! Wow!

      You gave it everything you had today and you should be proud of that! I know you are used to crushing every WOD but you did do 9 rope climbes and about 4 inches from completing your 10th. That’s a lot of work & you are stronger for it 🙂

    Todays 3/4 rx if that’s even a thing. Got 6 legless total first 2 rounds and got one on the 3rd and 5th rounds, the rest used my legs. Ouch!
