    I wish everyone could have seen Bobby and Kady destroy this workout yesterday. Bobby transitioned to shoulders-to-overhead and proceeded to knock out 25 unbroken. I heard three comments around me in the gym during the 25… “how many did he just do?” “is he still going on his first set of them?” “yeah, he loves doing those.” It’s awe-inspiring seeing him do it anyway, but to see the athletes that were struggling with that part of the workout and see him just step up to the bar and knock them down…it never gets old watching it!!

    Didn’t have time for split jerks, going to make them up tomorrow.

    Metcon 14:40 w/ abmat (thanks for telling me to try just a plate Jaime, even though it didn’t happen in the workout it was a surprise progression that was good to see this morning)
