    Bench Press: 95#-110#. 110# is a PR and it felt good 🙂 so I went for a 12th round at 115# and it went nowhere.

    AMRAP: 3 3/4 legless rope climbs (up) + 7 HSPU (1 abmat) + 13 leg raises

    Final workout with Steve B and he leaves 515 the champ. It’s a win-win though, I gave it everything I had and PR’d on both workouts but came up short to beat him today. 🙂

    Bench press: 85-90 (fun time lifting with Leann and Danielle)

    Today’s WOD: 5 rounds + 4 HSPUs (not rx’d)……someday I want to give legless rope climbs a try (maybe in August)
