Sled push: 390′ (not Rx, used 3 plates)
Slept through my alarm at 5am so had to go at 8am with all 3 of my boys in tow…not ideal. Will possibly try to come later tonight to redo my sled push sans children 🙂
Went back later in the day (without kiddos).
PR’d on squat clean: 115#
Sled push 2nd time: 4 plates, 320′
Might have gone further if my shoes stayed on the ground. Not enough spit in the world would keep them from slipping. Maybe should’ve tried chalking them 🙂
185#-205# on squat cleans. Bobby then challenged me to give 215# a try. Got it for a PR by 10#. Sled push=305ft. Thanks for the push Bobby.

Also just a S/O to our gym for being awesome. From the programming, coaching, athletes, community, and competition our gym is a special place. I am so happy I get to come everyday and experience it.
