    Split jerk: 85-110#, WOD: 3 rounds + 250m (not Rx, used 25# dumbbell but probably should have tried the 30#).

    Thanks for the birthday love, so happy to celebrate at 515 (and at the track tonight for Endurance!). 🙂

    Split Jerks: 185# for 7 min, then 190#, 195#, 200# and 205# each for 1! I’m happy with that 🙂

    …still not sure how I’m going to do shuttle sprints at Endurance tonight, my legs hurt so bad from Monday’s squats still! Might not look a lot like “sprints” for me 😉

    515 Night at the iCubs!
    Friday, July 11th @ 7:05pm

    We’re trying to organize a night for a group of us from 515 to go to an iCubs game! We need a group of at least 25 people, and we can get a reserved section for us with tickets for $6 each. I’ll put an official signup at the front desk at the gym, but just trying to get a tentative idea of how many would be interested. We need payment for tickets (cash only) and final numbers by Monday, July 7. See Jaime or Justin with any questions.

    Happy Birthday Abbie (Speedy) WOD- rx 2rd +151 meters

    Endurance- 14 burpees. Told myself when I was done with soccer I would never do 300s again….now I’m adding burpees. This CrossFit stuff will make you crazy:)

    Celebrated my birthday with two WODs and new Crossfit shoes, successful day!

    Second WOD (Endurance 3.1): 14 burpees This was my first time doing a tabata workout. I liked it…I think. 😉
