    OHS: 195#. Finally got 205# over my head and then missed the squat..ugh. Then watched Kady do 215#…holy cow, CRAZY! Makes me want new shoes too 😉

    Ohs- 215#, 15# pr! It was definitely the new shoes 😉 and I wouldn’t have tried 215 if Bobby wouldn’t have told me to after I got 205.. So thanks!

    Metcon: 8:00, used 24″ box because I didn’t want to rebound… And I did maybe 2 kipping pull-ups but thought I was going to tear my shoulder off, so stuck with butterfly…
