    Did yesterday’s WOD today. I need to work on my snatch form but managed to do all 11min with my former 1 rep max weight (75#) so that’s awesome 🙂 Got to 3 of 6 pull-ups- pull-ups and pushups without bands or knees! Getting stronger, thankfully 🙂
