    and off to 515 Endurance in a little bit… I wish I was excited to run 😉

    Skipped the WOD today to avoid tearing my hand up even more on pull-ups but may attempt it tomorrow 🙂 515 Endurance was hard but good. Thanks for coordinating, Justin!

    Worked up to 135# on snatch. Got my first Bar MU today!! Got through 4 full plus 2 extra bar MUs. Missed endurance tonight, wish I could have made it, patients need to be adjusted.

    17 of 30 wallballs, w/pullups and pushups.

    The last 2 minutes were spent making deals with my brain – I did NOT want to do any more wallballs.
