Today’s WOD: 29:05 (not Rx’d)
First time doing Turkish Get Ups so scaled to 53# KB (alternating R-L arms). Took me about 2 rounds to get the form down, but reps got easier in rounds 3-4.
Today’s WOD: 17:40, not Rx’d. 400s and burpee box jumps (24″ box) were no problem, but was my first attempt at Turkish Get Ups. Agree with Brad ^^^ rounds 3 and 4 were easy once I had the movement down. Wish I would have switched to the 35# kettle bell at that point because I may have been able to do it by then. Oh well 🙁
