    3 rep deadlift: 275#, wasn’t feeling strong 🙁

    Metcon with 70# dbells: 8:22

    I was more excited to watch Bobby and JoJack deadlift 500# for three than deadlifting anything myself 😉

      The boys were fun to watch. I gave up trying to add up the weights and just stayed out if the way… Holy smokes they ended up at 500#!?@!

      For not feeling very strong, you made that 70# dumbbell go up so fast it looked light.
