    1 Rep Max Front Squat: 305 (20# PR!)

    21-15-9 of Shoulders-to-Overhead and Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups: 12:18 Rx’d
    Felt good to do C2BPU’s Rx’d, even if it took longer.

    Front squat 205# (20# PR); failed 195# the last time I tried a 1RM.

    Then, last week’s with the deadlifts, box jumps and DUs – 9:15
    Thanks to deadlifts, there were box jump reps where only one foot left the ground.
    So scare. Such terrify. Wow.
