    Today’s WOD Rx’d- 10:30. 5 RM bench press- 75#. Slowly making progress on my lifting, 5# at a time 🙂

    Did floor press instead of bench press: 165#

    Then today’s wod, en masse with an awesome 6:30 crew: 9:45.

    Bench: DNF due to left shoulder pain. I just benched yesterday and did 205# 5 times so I’ll go with that.

    METCON: 12:52. Running is getting better, but needed to rest less between the running and burpees.

    5 Rep Max Bench = 230 lbs.
    Run/Burpees = 14:15

    Brad I’d take 12:52 anyday. I was pretty jazzed up I beat 20 minutes.

    No technicolour yawn this time, despite running AND burpees.
    Though hearing about fatal lightning strikes does make for faster feet at the sound of thunder. Thanks(?), Justin.
