    2 rep max split jerk: 175#. So disappointed in myself….leaving a lot of weight on the rack because of my poor technique and lack of confidence in getting under the bar. Humbling.

    2 Rep Max split jerk 145#

    Metcon 2 rounds plus 1 ring dip (10 ring dips each round)

    Scaled this one to keep the intensity up, good thing too because my ring dips fell apart fast.

    I think I forgot to split my jerk… 155#×2

    The good news: the 70lb kb isn’t so terrifying any more.
    The bad news: ring dips still are.

    3 kb swings short of 2 rds, and 5 dips with the purple band :C
