    1 rep max back squat: 305#.

    3 Rounds For Time of 15 Hang Cleans (135#) and 15 Burpees: 6:54

    1 rep max back squat – 355 lbs.
    (I know, I don’t believe it either, but I had multiple witnesses verify)

    Hang cleans and burps as RX’ed: 8:03.

    Metcon as rx’d: 4:44. Thanks for the push Aaron and Megs! (I am better at hang cleans than I used to be, but not as good as those two!)
