Second day in a row finishing a WOD Rx’d 🙂 Whoop! 90lb thruster/72 wallballs (16#). I feel like I deserve a cookie. Probably more like a Lara bar…

30 Burpees on 45# plate
40 Two-arm dumbbell ground-to-overhead 45# dbs
50 Toes to bar
100 foot Overhead walking lunge 45# plate
150 foot Sprint
22:47 rx (I believe that was my time)
Thank you Jaime for the encouragement to do this rx. Those 45# dbs absolutely CRUSHED me and took everything in me to do 40 of them.
