FIRST RUNNING WORKOUT SINCE NOVEMBER!!!!! Ankle felt GREAT!
I ran that last 400 as fast as I COULD (especially the return) … to finish exactly 1 minute behind you: 14:47.
Which actually makes me very happy in a WOD w/ running AND pullups. What this WOD needed was more snatches 😉
