    Today with the 200 m run at the beginning: 11:05
    my fingers and toes were numb through almost the whole workout, so that was fun 😉

    FIRST RUNNING WORKOUT SINCE NOVEMBER!!!!! Ankle felt GREAT!

      I ran that last 400 as fast as I COULD (especially the return) … to finish exactly 1 minute behind you: 14:47.

      Which actually makes me very happy in a WOD w/ running AND pullups. What this WOD needed was more snatches 😉

      13:37 with c2b and 65#, hold the extra running.

      Then 24 split snatches with the actual weight I was supposed to use. My math skills + trying to use a thicker bar = failure.
