    Today’s WOD w/ strict HSPUs: 17:38

    Today’s Wod HSPU to 10#plate and an ab mat: 15:51

    Today’s WOD: Modified HSPU’s (2 ab-mats stacked on 10# plate plus used reps of 13-10-8-5-3 instead) with RX’d GHD’s — 16:48

    FIRST TIME EVER DOING HSPU’s tho! By my wife’s encouragement (and command), I gave them a try!!
