    I was upset that my pull-ups fell apart but felt better when I looked back and realized they probably fell apart worse the last time I did it:) Thanks for cheering me on Annette, I think we should go head to head next time as terrifying as that sounds.”

    Over a year later the showdown happens and she got me:) Annette as always thanks for the push!

      Jackie was my first Pullup WOD to do “as prescribed” on 4/10/2012 … took me 17:22 and I REMEMBER it vividly – it took me over 10 minutes to do them. Stronger than Yesterday 🙂

    5 double box jumps -30″
    3 muscle-ups

    I got 8 rounds + 2. Muscle-ups felt really good…I think the warm weather helps 🙂

    I’m not really sure what I got…. I think 7+1 muscle up, or 6+1… I don’t know if I was one or two rounds behind Jaime.
